You will always know who is completing which work by looking at the task in our project management platform or the version history in your HubSpot portal. 

SpotDev^® will work in one of three models: 

• Projects: 
  • when the scope and timeline is clearly defined, we can work together on a project basis. We'll give you options for time & materials billing or fixed price terms. 
• Retainers:
  
  • if you need ongoing support or your scope needs to clarify over time, a retainer allows us to work on an hourly basis that can adapt to your company's changing needs.
• Diagnostic Engagements:
  
  • For the most complex problems, SpotDev^® will suggest a Diagnostic Engagement. This is an exercise in clarifying the scope, selecting solutions, and creating a clear plan for success. If you purchase a retainer or project at the end of a Diagnostic, then we'll give you a 20% rebate as a credit note. 
• Maintenance Plans:
  
  • When we've already built your solution, you can keep it working seamlessly with a Maintenance Plan from our expert team. 

Pricing varies depending on the work required, but most of our customers spend between £20,000 and £250,000 annually. 

No, SpotDev^® is not a marketing agency. While we can support your marketing operations, build your website, create graphics, and deliver resources that might support your marketing team, we aren't a marketing agency. 

SpotDev is a technical consultancy specialising in CRM and CMS implementation work, with particular expertise websites, integrations and automations. 

SpotDev^® is a fully remote organisation and we have team members across the globe. 

We are headquartered in Bath (UK) and the majority of our team is based in the United Kingdom. Our dedicated team is located in the UK, European Union and South Africa. 

SpotDev^® has strict data security processes. Our no-outsourcing policy means we have strong controls in place to ensure we have control over compliance. 

No, SpotDev^® is an independent company and is not part of HubSpot. 

We are, however, HubSpot Solutions Partners and work closely with HubSpot's team in a variety of different ways.
